Kim might have custody of Whitney, but she is being taken care of by Kims aunt Kathy almost all day, every day.
Whitney can be seen riding her bike up and down the street in Centerline with the other 8 kids that live in that house. And it is not a very good neighborhood either.
The neighbors all come out and gawk when they see Kim pull up in one of her new cars to drop Whitney off with her, "adoptive family" before she hits the Bingo with her mom, or the clubs with her friends.
